Cretan goat leather vase/pencil holder perfect for decorating your desktop, living room, bedside table, bathroom, or every place you love. It can be used as a candle holder or as plant pot holder. Inspired by the Greek alphabet, street art and graphic design from the 20th century. The construction is made with an origami composed of 4 identical parallelograms.
 
Inspired by Ancient Greek art, Geometrical Period:For the first time, human figures appear on ceramics. Waterfowl and animals make their timid appearance in a large variety of geometric shapes. The first narrative and mythological scenes belong to this era.Iliad and Odyssey were written in the late Geometric Period and on this piece we see one chariot from the Iliad.1100 / 800 BC
